Product handling :
1. Thaw the frozen chocolate croissant RTP dalam lemari pendingin (chiller) selama -+ 60 menit
2. Tray Up frozen chocolate croissant RTP di atas sheet pan yang di alasi baking paper sebanyak 20 pcs
3. Susun produk diatas troley sebanyak 20 pan lalu masukan kedalam provingng Box. Proving cabinet suhu 30°C | Humidity RH 95 | 60-150 menit
4. Spray chocolate croissant yang sudah proffing dengan evaporated milk
5. Set Oven Rotary Revent dengan suhu 18 menit | Suhu baking 190°C.
6. Keluarkan dari oven dan lakukan cooling selama +- 15 menit dan transfer keatas pan yang bersih di alasi dengan kertas roti.

Note : Proving cabinet and oven temperature can be adjusted according to oven temperature.
