Product handling :
1.Thaw the frozen cheese croissant RTP dalam lemari pendingin (chiller) selama -+ 60 menit
2.Tray Up frozen cheese croissant RTP di atas sheet pan yang di alasi baking paper sebanyak 20 pcs
3.Susun produk diatas troley sebanyak 20 pan lalu masukan kedalam proffing Box. Proffing cabinet suhu 30°C | Humidity RH 95 | 60-150 menit
4. Spray cheese croissant yang sudah proffing dengan evaporated milk
5. Set Oven Rotary Revent dengan suhu 18 menit | Suhu baking 190°C.
6. keluarkan dari oven dan lakukan cooling selama +- 15 menit dan transfer keatas pan yang bersih di alasi dengan kertas roti.
